Will the courier bring my delivery upstairs?

Awesome as we are, unfortunately not! EM Freight drivers are not permitted to carry any item upstairs as this isn’t covered by OH&S rules. If your front door is above ground floor level, we will deliver to a ground floor space, which can be discussed upon booking. Please ensure someone can assist you with moving boxes if you can’t do so yourself.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once that package is on its journey, we need a thumbs-up from the company you bought it from to make it happen.

What if my delivery is late?

Sometimes, deliveries do the unexpected. But don’t sweat it! Our eagle-eyed team is all over it, ready to tackle any uncertainty head-on. Got questions? Hit us up anytime.

Can the driver call me prior to delivery?

Sometimes a driver might give you a shout-out, although it’s not mandatory. But hey, remember the real chat happens between EM Freight office and you. We’re here to keep things rolling smoothly.

How can I track my delivery?

There are several ways to track your delivery. Once it has been dispatched, you’ll receive a text message and email with a hyperlink to follow. If you haven’t provided your email/mobile number, you can always track your delivery on our tracking page.

My item was lost or damaged. Who do I contact?

If your package goes MIA or arrives looking like it’s had one too many bumps, our first tip is to ring up the company you bought it from. They are the champions of replacements and refunds! And don’t worry they will loop us in for the next steps. Teamwork makes the shipping dream work!

How can I add delivery instructions for my package?

Click the Contact Us widget or give us a call at 1800 868 557 for any special requests. Give us a shout ASAP! That way, we can work our delivery magic and make sure your next drop-off follows the instructions.

What happens if I am not home for the delivery?

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left safe if deemed safe to do so unless we specifically get provided with not authorised to leave. The driver will take a photo of where your item(s) have been delivered to for you to view via mobile phone or website for your peace of mind. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

I missed my delivery, can I collect it from the depot?

Sorry, we missed you! Metro folks let’s plan a redelivery date through email or a call. Regional? Card with all the deets left for rescheduling delivery or a depot pick up. Reach out, we are here to help ASAP.

My delivery status has not changed for some time. Is the delivery going to be delayed?

We’ll update you on your shipment’s status upon receiving your order and it’s depot arrival. Sometimes, the status might stay unchanged for over 24 hours while cruising, but don’t worry, it doesn’t necessarily signal a delay in your order.
